Opening: A Poem

Standard

I hope everyone is doing well today! How are you, friends? Here is a poem for you:

Opening

Wicked chance

A hot breath gasping

Into the silver wind

Turns from

Stained wine lips.

What calls me

Does so strongly.

Some things you don’t fight

But let

It in.

High Winds

Standard

Georgia, where I am, is said to have high winds Monday and Tuesday, and who knows what else from the coming Hurricane.

As I said before, I have some family in Florida. My grandma went to go stay with my dad in GA for a bit, but my uncle and his wife had to stay to “work.”

*Sigh.*

Pray.

However you pray, I think you are powerful for it, and I believe that prayers work. If you are praying to whoever God or Goddess or multiple you believe in, if you are sending positive, hopeful energy to the universe, please do so! Continuously. Don’t give up.

I would say as far as defeating storms physically or inside you, positive energy will do it. Some pray out of desperation and fear, and that’s fine, as we are human. But if you can send out light and love… positives as opposed to negatives… that is what we will attract. Law of Attraction.

beautiful winds 1Don’t fear the storms. What happens is meant to happen one way or the other. Whenever you’re praying, ask for all that to happen for your highest good and the highest good of all. (Highest meaning spiritual, cosmic-wise. Meaning that’s what God intends) Then you know that whatever occurs is supposed to, and is for the best for all. This is why some things that are prayed on works, and is healed, because it’s meant to be, while others it appears that it “didn’t work,” but in reality, the prayer worked on a different level.

Some may have trouble seeing death itself as a positive, and that’s a whole blog in itself about the cycle of life, and death is actually a new beginning, and your spirit moving on is necessary but beautiful.

But the short and sweet is, believe that the spirits in the Universe are taking care of our souls. Ask. Pray. Ask for protection. If it’s for your highest good, you’ll be protected. Envision angel wings over you, invite in the angels, and feel their presence.

beautiful winds 2I invite you, however you pray, pray. With the power of the Great Spirit and the Universe, we can lessen the damage of storms. We can place protection upon us. We can see all these things as positives, even though most see them as negative. We can awaken spiritually. We can do all things, if we believe.

You can use this praying concept and perspective for this current hurricane, or on any issue you need it for.

These are my thoughts.

Namaste with Love,

Clouds- A Poem

Standard

This is the poem I wrote today as I stared off into the clouds and dreamed, and thought about how I can’t look at them enough. Often stuck in a building doing something. It was really nice to gaze and reflect, even if it was half a minute.

But of course I started writing, so the Moment was even shorter: 😂 But when I have to write, I have to write!!

Sorry for the lack of title. Clouds is the subject, but not title. A lot of times I write something quickly (I’m a very fast writer- this may have taken me one minute to write) and immediately post it, not caring about true editing or even a title.

Literature teachers often say that poems need titles – no exceptions! (I was a literature teacher myself for 3 years.)  However, Im more of an Emily Dickinson person myself – writing with passion and awesomeness, no title.

But I will say that in my poetry book Soul Thoughts, I wrote most of those poems in one summe, but I then took a few months to edit each one and make each one more awesome. Oh, and they all have titles. 😂💜💜

Glad I finally did a post, I know it’s been awhile.

Namaste,

Celestial K.
